During office hours (9am-5pm, M-F): Immediate crisis counseling is available for mental health emergencies. Contact the Counseling Center at 413-572-5790

On-campus after-hours: Contact your RA, RD, or University Police at 413-572-5262.

  • Students outside of MA: utilize all other resources listed above.
