Final Strategic Plan 2019—2024
From 2019 to 2024, the Strategic Planning Committee, with the help of a consultant, collaborated with the campus community to develop a strategic plan for À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. They engaged in inclusive activities like surveys and focus groups, analyzed higher education trends, and proposed strategic priorities in line with the university's mission.
Four Strategic Goals for 2025—2030
As part of the strategic planning process, the president has outlined four strategic goals to shape and guide À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ State's future:

State of the University Address
À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ President Dr. Linda Thompson delivered State of the University Addresses on February 1 and October 16, 2024. She highlighted academic advancements, enrollment strategies, campus improvements, financial stewardship, and the new General Education Program (WISE). Key goals include fostering belonging, enhancing value, supporting student success, and promoting international experiences. The University also celebrated its 185th Anniversary in 2024.
Strategic Planning Committee
