Institutional Data
Data for University Constituencies may be found on the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ web portal. Examples of data found in the Documents section on the My À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ web portal include:
- Enrollment Data for Chairs: can be found in the Documents section on the My À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ web portal. Go to the Employee Resources tab, then to the Group Files for Academic Affairs and the folder entitled Enrollment Data for Chairs which includes a breakdown of single and dual majors. Data for preceding academic years is also available there.
- Preliminary and Final Fall Enrollment: can be found in the Documents section on the My À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ web portal. Go to the Employee Resources tab, then to the Group Files for Academic Affairs and the folder entitled Institutional Data. Examples of data (back to Fall 2011) available there include:
- Enrollment by Division, including FTE
- Demographics of all students (Undergraduate and Graduate)
- Demographics of all Day Division students (Undergraduate)
- Demographics of Day Division First Time-First Year students (Undergraduate)
- Demographics of Day Division New Transfer (Undergraduate)
- State and County residency for Day Division students (Undergraduate)
- Day Division Major Headcount by Class Level (Undergraduate)

The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers, based on standardized demographic measures. The student enrollments reported in the CDS are accurate as of October 15 and include students from both Day and Continuing Education Divisions. Please contact the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment for more specific data needs.
