Lexie has worked for nearly ten years in the HR field. She is excited to be part of HR team here at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ State and taking part to enhance the employee experience.  Prior to À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ she worked for Genesis Healthcare in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, MA managing their entire HR department and all the fields within it. As a one person department she has experience in all generalist field of HR from recruiting to benefits to employment processing and then some. She has served as a partner and problem-solver to employees at each stage of the employee lifecycle. She received her master's degree in business administration from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA.

In addition to serving as a HR professional, Lexie is a licensed horseback riding instructor and barn manager at A.J. Stables in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, MA as well as a parent to two young children.
