Office of Lifelong Education Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Refunds for non-credit courses offered through the Office of Lifelong Education are made on the basis of the date and time of receipt of a student’s written withdrawal request. Students who withdraw from a course before the first meeting will be refunded the full amount minus a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee and any class-specific book/material fees already spent. Students who withdraw after the first scheduled class and within the allowable withdrawal period may receive a partial refund of their tuition and fees according to the schedule below.

A student who withdraws outside the time frame indicated above but still seeks a full or partial refund due to exceptional circumstances may submit a Financial Appeal using the link below. Please read carefully before submitting and note that any decision made is final.
